As a dedicated Health, Nutrition & Specialist Fitness Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I bring over 20 years of experience across the health, sports, and tennis industries. My career has shown me the undeniable power of a positive holistic coaching approach—where physical conditioning, nutrition, and mental wellbeing work hand in hand to create sustainable progress.

Back in May 2016 I contacted Jimmy to help me with a marathon training plan and a nutrition assessment. He helped me to clarify my goals and put in place a clear training schedule and a sport diet. I learnt pre and post stretching exercises and what food can help to support my training plan.
